Welcome to the VISTECH Job Board. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.


1. Eligibility

To use the Job Board, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent. By posting or applying for a job, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful.


2. Use of the Job Board

  • Employers may post job listings relevant to IT, freelance work, internships, and other professional opportunities.

  • Applicants may browse jobs and apply directly using the methods provided in each listing (e.g., form, email, or WhatsApp).

  • All users must behave respectfully and lawfully. Misuse of the platform may result in suspension or permanent ban.


3. Job Listing Content

All job posts must:

  • Be honest, legal, and non-discriminatory.

  • Include accurate details about the job title, role, location (if any), and application process.

  • Not promote scams, pyramid schemes, or adult content.

VISTECH reserves the right to edit, hide, or delete any job posting that violates these terms.


4. No Guarantee of Employment

VISTECH provides a platform for connecting employers and job seekers but does not guarantee employment, job availability, or successful hiring. We do not conduct background checks on either party.


5. Resume Submissions & Privacy

Applicants may submit resumes or personal data through the contact form or other methods. All information shared must be:

  • Truthful and relevant

  • Not include sensitive information such as national ID, bank account details, etc.

VISTECH will not sell, misuse, or share your data with unauthorized third parties. However, we are not liable for data shared directly with employers or external links.


6. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform (text, logos, graphics) belongs to VISTECH unless otherwise stated. Do not reproduce or copy content without written permission.


7. Limitation of Liability

VISTECH shall not be held responsible for:

  • Misleading job offers

  • Loss of data, time, or money due to fake listings or employer actions

  • Any damages resulting from use or misuse of the platform

Users are encouraged to verify job opportunities independently before taking further steps.


8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or remove users and job listings that breach these terms or disrupt the platform’s function.


9. Changes to Terms

VISTECH may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users are advised to review this page periodically.
